Alejandro Acierto is a composer and clarinetist attending DePaul University, where he studies clarinet with John Bruce Yeh and composition with Juan Campoverde. His refuse any genre from his wide collection of musical influences makes him a unique and rising voice in Chicago's music scene. He is a regular participant in local open mics and artistic gatherings as well. As a young activist, he encourages everyone to vote in the presidential election of 2008.
